- Refund Eligibility
Refunds for leasing management services are generally not offered due to the nature of the services provided. However, refunds may be considered under specific circumstances, such as:
- Service Not Rendered: If a service that was paid for in advance has not been delivered or initiated, you may be eligible for a refund.
- Duplicate Payment: If a duplicate payment was made for the same service, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate payment.
- Non-Refundable Services
The following services are generally non-refundable:
- Leasing Fees: Once a tenant has been secured and the leasing fee has been charged, this fee is non-refundable.
- Management Fees: Monthly management fees are non-refundable after the service month has begun.
- Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Review: Upon receiving your refund request, we will review the details and determine if a refund is applicable based on our Refund Policy.
- Decision: We will notify you of our decision within 30 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed according to the original method of payment.
- Refund Processing Time
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to be reflected in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Disputes and Chargebacks
If you are dissatisfied with our refund decision, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve the issue. Initiating a chargeback through your bank or credit card company without contacting us first may result in additional fees and delays in processing your refund.
